About the role
The assignment is placed with an established client in technical installation with long experience in the industry and operations in several countries. Here, you will be a key person who keeps the administration together; you ensure that everything runs smoothly, from travel and documentation to timesheets and contact with suppliers. English is used regularly in daily work, as both staff and suppliers are international.
This is a broad, varied, and independent role for you who like to keep track of many parts at the same time. You are the one who ensures that processes work, that the right person gets the right information, and that nothing falls through the cracks.
Examples of tasks:
- Coordination of administrative routines and processes
- Booking of travel, accommodation, and transportation for staff and management
- Management of contracts, documentation, and supplier contacts
- Collection and compilation of timesheets and materials for invoicing or payroll processing
- Contact with authorities, partners, and suppliers
- Overall office administration and support to company management
- Helping to build structure and routines in a growing company

Qualifications:
- Experience in administrative work
- Good ability to plan, prioritize, and keep many balls in the air
- Familiarity with handling contracts, documentation, and supplier contacts
- Very good communication skills in Swedish and English
- Good computer skills and quick to adapt to new systems
- Structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented
Employment: The position starts with a probationary employment at Nilson Consulting AB with an assignment at the client. In the long term, there is an opportunity for permanent employment, either with Nilson Consulting AB or directly with the client.
